摘 要:为了更好地将光学探测和弧光监测应用于SF_(6)气体绝缘系统,并进一步完善对放电光电极性效应的认识,搭建了一套SF6局部放电光电联合模拟实验系统,通过多光谱传感器对绝缘子爬电和电晕放电2类典型情况下的多光谱信号进行采集,分析其多光谱光电脉冲极性效应。研究结果表明:2种放电3个波段的光辐射强度幅值及占比存在显著区别,其中电晕放电多光谱极性效应更为明显,其正、负极性放电多光谱脉冲信号幅值在相基统计图谱上存在明显区别;随着外施电压上升,沿面放电多光谱信号幅值上升且速率加快,而电晕放电幅值增长幅度减缓,并且2种放电类型的紫外波段占比减小,可见波段占比增加,红外波段保持较低水平;在脉冲重复率分析中,2种放电的脉冲重复率均随电压增大而增加,其中电晕放电正极性脉冲重复率小于负极性;在多光谱数据三元分布统计中,电晕放电的正、负极性脉冲分布发生明显分离,而沿面放电分布基本重叠。To better apply the optical detection and arc light monitoring in the SF6gas insulated system and further improve the understanding of the photoelectric pulse polarity effect,this paper builds a set of SF_(6) partial discharge photoelectric simulation experimental system,and analyzes the multi-spectral photoelectric polarity effect by collecting the multi-spectral signals of insulator creepage and corona discharge with multispectral sensor. The research shows that there are significant differences of the amplitude and proportion of two type of discharges,among which the multispectral polarity effect of corona discharge is more obvious, and the amplitude of multispectral pulses under positive and negative polarity discharge are different in PRPD patterns;with the rise of the applied voltage,the amplitude of multi-spectral signal along the surface discharge increases and the rate accelerates,while the rate of corona discharge slows down,and the proportion of UV band decreases for both discharge types,the proportion of visible band increases,and the infrared band remains low;in the pulse repetition rate analysis,the pulse repetition rate of both types of discharges increased with increasing voltage,and the positive polarity pulse repetition rate of corona discharge is smaller than that of negative polarity;in the ternary distribution statistics of multi-spectral data,the positive and negative polarity pulse distributions of corona discharge are obviously separated,while the distributions of surface discharge are overlapping.
