摘 要:四川盆地油气资源丰富,有超级含油气盆地之称,是我国最具开发潜力的含油气盆地之一,具有开发对象复杂,气藏类型多且普遍具有低孔、低渗、水侵活跃、非均质性强等特点,因此天然气提高采收率面临巨大挑战。为此,系统剖析了四川盆地常规气藏特点和提高采收率难点,回顾了发展历程,梳理了提高采收率技术模式和技术体系,总结了近年来针对复杂气藏提高采收率技术取得的最新进展,并对未来发展进行了预测。研究结果表明:①经过60余年的天然气勘探开发,四川盆地已形成了“全生命周期统筹、全生产系统协同”提高采收率核心理念;②创立了以“早期评价与部署,储量刻画与动用,水侵诊断与治理,工艺配套与优化”为核心的气藏全生命周期提高采收率技术模式;③建立了地质与气藏工程、钻完井工程、采气工程、地面工程等多专业协同的提高采收率技术体系;(4)随着盆地开发重心逐步向超深层复杂岩性气藏、非常规气藏等地质条件更加复杂的领域转移,提高采收率技术未来的发展方向将包括超深层气藏薄储层精细描述、多重介质跨尺度数值模拟、超深特殊工艺井排水采气、非常规气地质工程一体化等多个方面。结论认为,60余年来不断丰富完善和形成的提高采收率技术模式和技术体系不仅为四川盆地天然气规模效益开发提供了有力技术支撑,同时也为国内外类似气藏提高采收率技术的选择提供了理论指导和技术借鉴。The Sichuan Basin rich in hydrocarbon, known as a super petroliferous basin, is one of the most development potential basins in China. Nevertheless, the development targets are complex in geological conditions, such as multiple types of reservoirs with low porosity,low permeability, active water invasion and strong heterogeneity, which bring huge challenges to enhanced gas recovery(EGR). In this paper, as for conventional gas reservoirs in the Sichuan Basin, the reservoir characteristics and EGR challenges are systematically analyzed,the gas development history is reviewed, and the EGR mode and system are summarized. On this basis, the progress of EGR technology for complex gas reservoirs is presented, and the prospect of EGR technology is predicted. The results show that the core concept of EGR with "overall planning for the reservoir life cycle and coordination of the whole production system" has been formed in the Sichuan Basin through more than 60 years of exploration and development. A mode of EGR in the life cycle of gas reservoir with “initial evaluation and deployment, reserve characterization and production, water invasion diagnosis and treatment, and process configuration and optimization”as the core has been created. A system of EGR system coordinating geology with gas reservoir engineering, drilling and completion engineering, gas production engineering and surface engineering has been established. With the gradual shift of the development targets to ultra-deep complex lithologic gas reservoirs and unconventional gas reservoirs with more complex geological conditions in the Sichuan Basin, the efforts on EGR technology will be focused on fine description of ultra-deep thin reservoirs, multi-media cross-scale numerical simulation, drainage and gas production of ultra-deep wells with special techniques, and unconventional gas geology-engineering integration.
