摘 要:塔里木盆地牙哈深层碎屑岩凝析气田循环注气开发近20年,即将肩负着提高采收率与储气库调峰的双重重任,但该气藏凝析油含量(671 g/m^(3))高于大张坨、呼图壁等凝析气藏储气库,因此建库过程中必须考虑凝析油气的开发和天然气的注储协同运行,实现资源利用最大化。为此,系统梳理了牙哈凝析气藏建库注储协同所面临的难题,在继承气藏型储气库建库技术的同时,创新提出天然气注储协同技术并形成了提高凝析油采收率等关键核心技术。研究结果表明:①注储协同提高采收率技术是天然气重力驱提高采收率技术和气藏型储气库建库技术的耦合,分为“重力泄油协同扩容、高速交变建库达容”2个阶段;②发展了凝析气藏渗流多周期交变压力下储采理论方法,论述了凝析气藏注储协同建设地层封闭与库容能力评价技术、注储协同提高凝析油采收率技术;③按照“重力辅助、干化保压、兼顾富气”的开发原则,预计采用该项技术分两期运行30年,最终可形成库容量165.6×10^(8)m^(3)、总工作气量50.4×10^(8)m^(3)的储气库,同时较循环注气可再提高凝析油采收率10.6%。结论认为,天然气注储协同新理论与新技术是提高凝析油采收率技术与储气库建库技术的升级,在大幅提高采收率的同时降低了建库投资,该技术必将进一步推动我国同类凝析气藏和油藏型储气库建库技术的新发展。The Yaha deep clastic condensate gas field in the Tarim Basin has been developed by cyclic gas injection for nearly 20 years,and the demand for enhancing gas recovery and peak shaving of gas storage is generated.Different from Dazhangtuo condensate gas reservoir and Hutubi condensate gas reservoir,the Yaha condensate gas field has the a high condensate content of 671 g/m^(3).To realize maximum utilization of resources,it is required that development of condensate gas reservoir and gas injection-storage coordination be considered in the construction of Yaha gas storage.This paper proposes the technology of enhanced gas recovery(EGR)by gas injectionstorage coordination based on the analysis of technical challenges to gas injection-storage coordination in building the gas storage in the Yaha condensate gas reservoir and by implementing the technique of constructing the gas reservoir type storage.The research results are obtained as follows.First,the technology of EGR by gas injection-storage coordination integrates the gas gravity-driven EGR technology and the technology of reservoir type underground storage,and it is implemented by gravity drainage coordinated with capacity expansion and high-speed injection-storage alternation storage capacity construction.Second,the theory and method of gas storage and production under the multi-cycle injection-storage alternation pressure in porous flow of condensate reservoirs are developed,and the technology of evaluation on constructing the sealing and storage capacity by injection-storage coordination and the technology of gas injection-storage coordination EGR in condensate gas reservoirs are elaborated.Third,according to the development principles of"gravity-assisted,pressure maintenance by dry gas,and considering gas enrichment",this technology will be operated for 30 years in two stages,the gas storage with a storage capacity of 165.6×10^(8)m^(3)and a working gas capacity of 50.4×10^(8)m^(3)will be constructed,the condensate oil recovery can be further increased by 10.
