中国孟高棉语族未识别民族的体成分研究

摘　　要：在云南省调查了克木人、莽人和空格人3个孟高棉语族未识别民族412例(男性220例,女性192例)成人的身高、体质量、瘦体质量、体脂质量、体脂率、身体质量指数、脂肪质量指数、瘦体质量指数和身体水分共9项指标,对孟高棉语族未识别民族的体成分进行初步分析.结果如下:(1)在孟高棉语族未识别民族中,克木人的身高、体质量、瘦体质量、体脂质量和身体水分相对较大,而莽人的体质量、瘦体质量、体脂质量和身体水分最小.(2)孟高棉语族男性和女性的身高、瘦体质量和身体水分与年龄呈负相关,相关系数具有统计学意义.按身体质量指数分型,男性肥胖率为4.5%,超重率为18.6%;女性肥胖率为6.8%,超重率为16.7%.按体脂率分型,男性肥胖率为9.5%,女性肥胖率为18.2%.(3)与其他未识别民族的体成分比较发现,木雅人、摩梭人、尔苏人、八甲人、夏尔巴人、临高人和克木人比较接近,空格人和革家人比较接近,白马人和布里亚特人比较接近,僜人和莽人比较接近.The stature,weight,lean body mass,body fat mass,percent body fat,body mass index,fat mass index,lean mass index and total body water of 412 adults(220 males,192 females)of three Mon-Khmer unrecognized ethnic groups including Khmus,Mang and Kongge were investigated in Yunnan.The body composition of Mon-Khmer unrecognized ethnic groups was preliminary analyzed.The results were as follows:(1)In three Mon-Khmer unrecognized ethnic groups,the stature,weight,lean body mass,body fat mass and total body water of Khmus were relatively large,while the weight,lean body mass,body fat mass and total body water of Mang were lowest.(2)The stature,lean body mass and total body water of males and females of Mon-Khmer unrecognized ethnic groups were negatively correlated with age,and the correlation coefficients were statistically significant.According to body mass index classification,the obesity rate of males was 4.5%,and the overweight rate was18.6%,the obesity rate of females was 6.8%,and the overweight rate was 16.7%.According to percent body fat classification,the obesity rate of males is 9.5%,and the obesity rate of females is 18.2%.(3)Compared with other unrecognized ethnic groups,the body composition of Muya,Mosuo,Ersu,Bajia,Sherpas,Lingao and Khmus were relatively close,and that of Kongge and Gejia were relatively close,Baima and Buryats were close,Deng and Mang were close.
