摘 要:水平衡对于湿法冶金生产工艺具有重要的作用,其随尾渣排入渣库的污水,需要经过合理的处理与回收以避免存水膨胀及对环境的不良影响,同时,每天也需要为生产工艺供给必要的新水以补充生产中随各阶段产物所带走的不可回收水份的水量,通过对铜钴湿法冶金工艺系统用水和耗水的分析,结合工艺设计参数和生产运行实际情况,为铜钴湿法冶金企业工艺系统水平衡寻求新思路,并提出节水措施,实现环保、节能、增效的目的。Water balance plays an important role in hydrometallurgy technique of production,the sewage following the tailings need to treat and retrieve so as to avoid water expansion and adverse effect to environment,at the same time,it is also necessary to supply necessary clear water for the production process every day to supplement the amount of water that cannot be recovered with the products of each stage in production.This article analysis the water of productive use and consumption,in combination of process design parameter and practical situation of production run in search new thread for water balance in flow sheet of copper cobalt hydrometallurgy productive enterprises and offer water conservation salvation to achieve the destination for environment protection,energy conservation and improve economic performance.
