摘　　要：通过分析应用SolidWorks软件在结构件生产中完成异形构件的展开下料过程,以达到精准测算材料定额、给定产品轮廓展开图、完善自动切割下料生产的目标。采用计算机手段替代传统生产经验,可提升下料生产效率,改变结构件中异形构件传统的下料方法,提高钢材利用率,从而达到降低企业生产成本、提高生产效率的目的。By analyzing and applying SolidWorks software to complete the unfolding and cutting process of special-shaped components in the production of structural parts,the goal of accurately calculating the material quota,giving the product outline development drawing,and improving the automatic cutting and blanking production can be achieved.Using computer means to replace traditional production experience can improve the cutting production efficiency,change the traditional blanking method of specialshaped components in structural parts,and improve the steel utilization rate,so as to reduce the production cost of enterprises and im-prove production efficiency.
