摘 要:目的探讨中等强度运动对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、胸腺系数、脾系数及Treg/Th17细胞比值的影响.方法野生型小鼠与2型糖尿病小鼠(db/db小鼠)随机分为野生型小鼠对照组、运动组和2型糖尿病小鼠对照组、运动组.适应跑台1周后,运动组小鼠于跑台进行12 m/min,坡度0°,每次时间45 min的中等强度运动,5 d/周,共5周.实验期间每周测定四组小鼠体重及餐后血糖.实验结束后测定并计算小鼠胸腺系数、脾系数、Treg细胞百分比、Th17细胞百分比及Treg/Th17细胞比值.结果与运动干预前相比,干预后野生型小鼠血糖(6.92±1.29 mmol/L VS.7.25±0.77 mmol/L,P>0.05)和体重(24.59±2.19 g VS.22.51±2.48 g,P>0.05)无显著变化,db/db小鼠血糖(17.37±3.50 mmol/L VS.28.71±3.69 mmol/L,P<0.01)和体重(38.26±6.33 g VS.46.31±3.90 g,P<0.01)显著下降;db/db小鼠胸腺系数(1.40±0.32 VS.1.92±0.30,P<0.01)、脾系数(1.89±0.41 VS.4.15±0.39,P<0.01)、Treg/Th17细胞比值(2.99±1.34 VS.4.13±2.73,P>0.05)显著小于野生型小鼠,运动干预后db/db小鼠胸腺系数(1.55±0.45 VS.1.40±0.32,P>0.05)、Treg/Th17细胞比值(4.79±2.29 VS.2.99±1.34,P>0.05)有上升趋势.结论中等强度运动可显著降低db/db小鼠餐后血糖、体重,调节Treg/Th17细胞失衡可能是其机制之一.Objective To investigate the effects of moderate-intensity exercise on blood glucose,thymus coefficient,spleen coefficient and Treg/Th17 cell ratio in type Ⅱ diabetic mice.Methods Wild-type mice and typell diabetic mice(db/db mice)were randomly divided into wild-type mice control group,wild-type mice exercise group,type Ⅱ diabetic mice control group and type Ⅱ diabetic mice,exercise group.The mice in the exercise group were subjected to moderate intensity exercise(12 m/min,slope 0°,each time for 45 min,5 d/w)on the mice treadmill.The body weight and postprandial blood glucose of the four groups of mice were measured every week during the experiment.Results After 5 weeks of exercise,blood glucose(6.92±1.29 mmol/L VS.7.25±0.77 mmol/L,P>0.05)and body weight(24.59±2.19 g VS.22.51±2.48 g,P>0.05)of wild-type mice had no significant changes,while blood glucose(17.37±3.50 mmol/L VS.28.71±3.69 mmol/L,P<0.01)and body weight(38.26±6.33 g VS.46.31±3.90 g,P<0.01)were significantly decreased in db/db mice.Compared to the wild-type mice,thymus coefficient(1.40±0.32 VS.1.92±0.30,P<0.01),spleen coefficient(1.89±0.41 VS.4.15±0.39,P<0.01),Treg/Th17 cell ratio(2.99±1.34 VS.4.13±2.73,P>0.05)decreased in the db/db mice,with statistical significance.After the intervention,thymus coefficient(1.55±0.45 VS.1.40±0.32,P>0.05)and Treg/Th17 cell ratio(4.79±2.29 VS.2.99±1.34,P>0.05)increased in db/db mice.Conclusion Moderate intensity exercise can reduce postprandial blood glucose and body weight in db/db mice,and regulating the Treg/Th17 cell imbalance may be one of its mechanisms.
