摘  要:目的探讨分阶段回授法配合心理干预对膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口病人生存质量及心理的影响.方法选取2018年5月至2020年6月本院收治的膀胱癌尿流改道腹壁造口患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组行常规干预,观察组行分阶段回授法配合心理干预.比较两组造口理论知识及操作考核结果,干预前后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表,生活质量评分以及对护理的满意度.结果干预后,两组造口理论知识及操作考核结果,焦虑、抑郁情况,生活质量评分以及对护理的满意度均高于干预前;且经分阶段回授法配合心理干预的观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论分阶段回授法配合心理干预能有效完善患者疾病知识、改善其心理状态,提升其生活质量及护理满意度.Objective To explore the effect of staged feedback method combined with psychological intervention on quality of life and psychology of patients with catheterization of urinary flow for bladder cancer(CUFBC).Methods 80 patients with bladder cancer who underwent the catheterization of urinary flow in the hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given staged teaching-back method combined with psychological intervention.The theoretical knowledge and operation assessment results of ostomy,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the stoma theory knowledge and operation asssment results,anxiety,depression,quality of life scores and satisfaction with nursing in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention.And the observation group that underwent staged feedback method combined with psychological intervention was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The staged feedback method combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve patients'disease knowledge,improve their psychological state,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
