基于涤痰开郁理论分析岳仁宋教授治疗帕金森病的实践探索

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化进程的发展,帕金森病患者数量日益增长。药物的不良反应、病程的持续进展、沉重的心理、经济负担让中西医结合治疗的必要性更加凸显。中医对于帕金森病治疗的优势逐渐显现,从“涤痰开郁”理论出发探讨帕金森病的中医治疗,提出帕金森病常见症状如震颤、强直、疲倦等的病机核心为气郁痰伏,并据此病机定治法,明识本病中“涤痰开郁”法及其代表方白金丸的应用精髓所在,以期为帕金森病的诊断、治疗提供新的思路。With the development of population aging process,the number of people with Parkinson's disease is increasing.Side effects of drugs,continuous progress in the course of the disease,heavy psychological and economic burden make the necessity of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment more prominent,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson's disease gradually appear.This paper discussed the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Parkinson's disease based on the theory of“removing phlegm and relieving depression”,and proposed that the core pathogenesis of the common symptoms of Parkinson's disease,such as tremor,rigidity and fatigue,is the stagnation of Qi and phlegm.According to this pathogenesis,we can clearly recognize the essence of the application of“removing phlegm and relieving depression”in this disease and its representative formula Baijin Pill(白金丸),in order to provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease.
