摘　　要：淫羊藿作为临床常用中药,近年来围绕基于网络药理学的淫羊藿药对、传统淫羊藿药对配伍实验研究、淫羊藿药对配伍前后化学成分变化的研究等方面开展的现代研究,为系统揭示含淫羊藿药对应用的内涵阐释以及其配伍应用的科学性提供了参考和依据。淫羊藿药对的现代研究现状与进展及淫羊藿药对配伍理论的研究提供重要依据和方法,为淫羊藿药对使用规律,配伍理论、临床应用等方面提供新方向与新思路。Epimedium is a commonly used Chinese medicine in clinical practice.In recent years,it has been developed around the research on the compatibility of epimedium drug pair based on network pharmacology,traditional epimedium drug pair compatibility and the study of the chemical composition changes of epimedium drug pair before and after compatibility.The modern researches provided reference and basis for systematically revealing the interpretation of the connotation of the application of epimedium-containing medicine and the scientific nature of its compatibility and application.The current research status and progress of epimedium drug pairs and the study of epimedium drug pair compatibility theory provide important basis and methods as well as new directions and ideas for rules of epimedium drug pair,compatibility theory and clinical application.
