牛膝及其有效成分防治腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

摘　　要：随着生活节奏的加快以及生活方式的不断变化,腰椎间盘突出症患者的数量不断急剧上升,并趋显年轻化趋势。牛膝作为我国医学典籍中的上等药材,其补肝肾、强筋骨作用一直受到临床医生的推崇,其皂苷类、甾酮类与槲皮素等主要化学成分,通过细胞水平、免疫水平以及NF-κB信号通路、Akt通路及ERK通路、Wnt/β-catenin等信号通路,达到在椎间盘防治中的重要作用。对牛膝及其有效成分防治腰椎间盘突出症作一最新综述,以期为中医药防治腰椎间盘突出症提供新思路。With the acceleration of the pace of life and the constant change of lifestyle,the number of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is rising rapidly.At the same time,the onset age of intervertebral disc is getting younger and younger.Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)is a superior medicinal material in Chinese medical books.Its functions of tonifying liver and kidney and strengthening bones and muscles have been highly praised by clinicians.Its saponins,sterones,quercetin and other major chemical components,by cell level,immune level and NF-kB signal path,AKT path,ERK path,Wnt/β-catenin and other signal paths play an important role in the prevention and treatment of intervertebral discs.This article reviewed the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)and its effective ingredients,with a view to providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine.
