浅析八纲辨证与脏腑辨证论治月经不调

摘　　要：中医认为月经不调主要由外邪侵袭、内伤七情、房劳多产、饮食不节等因素损害机体,最易导致月经不调的外邪主要为寒、热、湿邪,使人体气血不和,阴阳失衡;最易导致月经不调的情志是怒、思、恐,怒伤肝、思伤脾、恐伤肾,易使脏腑功能失调,出现月经的周期、经期及经血的量、色、质的异常。治疗月经不调,需驱逐外邪、调畅情志,使气血充足、阴阳平衡,诸脏腑各司其职。因此运用中医辨证中的八纲辨证与脏腑辨证来论治月经不调会有显著的效果。It is considered that menstrual irregularity in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly caused by exogenous pathogens,internal injuries and seven emotions,overwork,poor diet and other factors that damage the body.The exogenous pathogens that are most likely to cause menstrual irregularity are cold,heat and dampness,which lead to disharmony between qi and blood,and imbalance between yin and yang.The emotions that most easily lead to irregular menstruation are anger,thinking,fear,anger hurting liver,thinking hurting spleen and fear hurting kidney,which easily leads to dysfunction of viscera and abnormal menstrual cycle,menstrual period and quantity,color and quality of menstrual blood.To treat irregular menstruation,it is necessary to expel exogenous pathogens,regulate emotions,make qi and blood sufficient,balance yin and yang,and perform their respective duties.Therefore,it will have remarkable curative effect to treat irregular menstruation by using the eight principles syndrome differentiation and viscera syndrome differentiation in treating syndrome differentiation.
