摘　　要：鼻鼽病属于临床常见病,其发生严重影响了人们的日常生活,随着现代化的发展及生活环境的变化,发病率呈逐年升高趋势。李良主任医师为“上海市基层名老中医专家传承研究工作室”导师,从医40余载,善于治疗内科杂病,他通过总结大量临床经验,提出鼻鼽病与先天禀赋异常相关,主要病机为肾阳不足、肺气虚弱、复感外邪,以调整禀赋、温补肾阳为主,兼以祛风宣肺开窍为治疗大法,自拟方药,临床疗效颇佳。Allergic rhinitis is a clinically common disease.Its occurrence has seriously affected people’s daily life.With the development of modernization and the change of living environment,the incidence rate has been increasing year by year.Li Liang,Chief Physician,is the mentor of the“inheritance and research studio of famous grassroots traditional Chinese medicine experts in Shanghai”.He has been practicing medicine for more than 40 years and is good at treating internal medicine miscellaneous disease.By summarizing a large amount of clinical experience,he proposed that BD was related to abnormal congenital endowment,the main pathogenesis was deficiency of kidney yang,deficiency of lung qi,multiple sense of external evil,to adjust endowment,warm and tonify kidney yang,and to dispel wind and promote lung opening as the treatment method,self-designed prescriptions has quite good clinical effect.
