桃红四物汤治疗膝关节骨折初期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究桃红四物汤对膝关节骨折初期伤口愈合及膝关节功能的影响。方法选取铁岭市中心医院2020年1月—2021年5月膝关节骨折患者162例,随机分为2组,各81例。2组均接受常规手术治疗,对照组术后常规抗炎,试验组术后联合桃红四物汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、血液流变学指标、伤口愈合时间及膝关节功能情况。结果与对照组的总有效率77.78%(63/81)相比,试验组总有效率较高97.53%(79/81),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组治疗后红细胞比容(HCT)、血小板压积(PCT)、全血黏度(BV)、血浆黏度(PV)水平较低,膝关节HSS总分较高(P<0.05),试验组伤口愈合时间较短(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤可有效缩短膝关节骨折初期患者伤口愈合所用时间,提升膝关节功能,改善血液流变学指标。Objective To explore the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on wound healing and knee function in the early stage of knee fracture.Methods 162 patients with knee fracture in Tieling Central Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 81 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional surgery,the control group was treated with conventional anti-inflammatory therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction.The clinical effect,hemorheological indexes,wound healing time and knee joint function of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of control group(77.78%)(63/81),the total effective rate of experimental group was 97.53%(79/81)higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of hematopoiesis(HCT),platelet pressure(PCT),whole blood viscosity(BV)and plasma viscosity(PV)after treatment in experimental group were lower,the total score of HSS in knee joint was higher(P<0.05),and the wound healing time in experimental group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction can effectively shorten the time of wound healing in patients with initial knee fracture,improve the function of knee joint and improve the hemorheology index.
