星蒌承气汤联合针刺治疗痰热腑实型中风临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨星蒌承气汤联合针刺对痰热腑实型中风的疗效及其对血清炎症因子的影响。方法收集2019年3月—2020年4月辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院收治的痰热腑实型中风患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组予以西医治疗,观察组予以针刺联合星蒌承气汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、D-二聚体(D-D)及降钙素原(PCT)、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果经治疗,2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、D-D、PCT及TNF-α水平均降低,观察组患者上述因子降低更显著(P<0.05);经治疗,2组患者中医证候积分均降低,观察组患者降低程度更显著(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组总有效率为94.12%(32/34),优于对照组的70.59%(24/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合星蒌承气汤治疗痰热腑实型中风患者取得了较好的临床效果,具有通腑泄热化痰之效,能够降低炎症因子水平,减轻炎症反应。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Xinglou Chengqi decoction on stroke of phlegm-heat and fu-viscera excess type and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 68 patients with stroke of phlegm-heat and fu-viscera excess type were collected in Liaoning Health Industry Group Fuxin Mining General Hospital from March 2019 to April 2020.They were divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Xinglou Chengqi decoction.Serum Interleukin,Interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor,dimer and Procalcitonin,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,D-D,PCT and TNF-αwere decreased in 2 groups,and the above factors were more significantly decreased in observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups were decreased,and the reduction degree of observation group was more significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was better than that of the control group(70.59%,24/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Xinglou Chengqi decoction has a good clinical effect on stroke patients with phlegm-heat and fu-viscera excess type syndrome.
