针刺联合健脾固肠汤治疗糖尿病肠病临床观察

摘　　要：目的系统性评估健脾固肠汤联合针刺治疗糖尿病肠病患者的临床效果。方法选取自2019年9月—2020年9月于沈阳沈北维康医院住院并接受治疗的糖尿病肠病患者60例,采用电脑简单分组,对照组30例应用健脾固肠汤内服治疗方案,试验组30例在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、胃动素、生长抑素及P物质水平变化情况。结果经临床治疗试验组中医证候积分、胃动素、生长抑素、P物质均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾固肠汤联合针刺治疗糖尿病肠病可显著改善患者胃肠动力,可益气养血,健脾涩肠、除湿止泻,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Jianpi Guchang decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic enteropathy.Methods 60 cases of diabetic enteropathy patients hospitalized and receiving treatment in Shenbei Weikang Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into three groups by computer.30 cases in the control group were treated with Jianpi Guchang decoction,and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The changes of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,motilin,somatostatin and substance P levels before and after treatment in 2 groups were observed.Results After clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score,motilin,somatostatin and substance P of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Guchang decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve gastrointestinal motility in patients with diabetic enteropathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
