健儿清解液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究健儿清解液对小儿反复呼吸道感染的治疗效果及对血清学的影响。方法选取沈阳市儿童医院反复呼吸道感染患儿96例,随机分为2组,各48例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组联合健儿清解液治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效,血清学T淋巴细胞情况及免疫球蛋白水平。结果与对照组总有效率77.08%(37/48)相比,试验组治疗总有效率91.67%(44/48)较高(P<0.05);治疗后试验组血清T淋巴细胞CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平较高,血清免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA水平较高(P<0.05)。结论健儿清解液可提高反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效,升高血清T淋巴细胞水平,提高患儿免疫力。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and serological influence of Jianer Qingjie solution on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 96 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in Shenyang Children’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group received Jianer Qingjie solution on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,serum T lymphocyte and immunoglobulin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.67%(44/48)higher than that of the control group(77.08%,37/48)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum T lymphocytes CD^(3+),CD^(4+),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)were higher,and the levels of serum immunoglobulin IgM,IgG and IgA were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianer Qingjie solution can improve the clinical curative effect of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,increase the level of serum T lymphocyte and improve the immunity of children.
