基于子午流注理论择时中药封包对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于子午流注理论择时中药封包对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2021年6月江西省石城县中医院脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛住院患者90例,随机分为常规护理组、中药封包组、择时中药封包组各30例。其中常规护理组给予常规护理;中药封包组在常规护理的基础上取穴给予中药封包干预;择时中药封包组在中药封包组的基础上应用子午流注理论,选择时辰取穴进行中药封包干预。分析评估3组的总有效率。结果3组患者经干预后较干预前胃脘痛相关症状体征均有改善,择时中药封包组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),中药封包组总有效率为70.00%(21/30),常规护理组总有效率为53.33%(16/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于子午流注理论下的择时中药封包,在脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的护理中,可以有效减轻胃脘痛相关症状。Objective To explore the nursing effect of time-selected Chinese medicine encapsulation on stomachache with deficiency of spleen and stomach based on the theory of midnight-midday ebb flow.Methods A total of 90 inpatients with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type were selected from July 2019 to June 2021 in Shicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into routine care group,Chinese medicine encapsulation group and time-selected Chinese medicine encapsulation group,with 30 cases in each.Among them,the routine nursing group was given routine nursing.The time-selected Chinese medicine encapsulation group was given Chinese medicine encapsulation intervention on the basis of routine nursing.On the basis of the Chinese medicine encapsulation group,the theory of midnight-midday ebb flow was applied to select the time point for the intervention of Chinese medicine encapsulation group.The total effective rate of the three groups was analyzed and evaluated.Results The symptoms and signs related to epigalgia in the 3 groups were improved after intervention compared with those before intervention.The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the timing Chinese medicine encapsulation group,70.00%(21/30)in the traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group,and 53.33%(16/30)in the conventional nursing group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Time-selected Chinese medicine encapsulation based on the theory of midnight-midday ebb flow in the nursing of patients with epigastric pain of deficiency of spleen and stomach cold type can effectively reduce the symptoms related to epigastric pain.
