温针灸外关穴治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者行温针灸外关穴治疗的临床效果。方法选择辽宁省优抚医院2019年6月—2020年10月收治的90例脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者,以随机数字表法分为2组,各45例,对照组行常规针灸治疗,观察组以对照组治疗为基础,行温针灸外关穴治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,VAS与手部水肿评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者行温针灸外关穴治疗,患者手部水肿、肩部疼痛明显改善,上肢运动能力提升,治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion at Waiguan(SJ5)in patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in stage I.Methods From June 2019 to October 2020,90 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in stage I were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine acupuncture treatment,while the observation group received warming needle moxibustion at Waiguan(SJ5)based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,Fugl-Meyer score of observation group was higher than control group,VAS and hand edema score were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(36/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The warming needle moxibustion at Waiguan(SJ5)in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in stage I can significantly improve hand edema,shoulder pain,improve the upper limb movement ability,has significant effect,and is worthy of promotion.
