揿针治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹心痛病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察揿针疗法对气虚血瘀型胸痹心痛病诸症疗效的影响。方法纳入符合标准的患者共120例,分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组予常规治疗护理,治疗组在对照组基础上,选取内关穴、膻中穴和神门穴分别给予揿针治疗。2组患者均给予2周的治疗,记录2组患者临床疗效和诸症的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%(55/60),对照组总有效率为73.33%(44/60),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改善气虚血瘀型胸痹心痛病诸症状如胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气短、疲倦乏力等方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论揿针疗法可明显改善气虚血瘀型胸痹心痛病诸症,疗效满意,操作简便。Objective To observe the effect of needle-embedding therapy on the symptoms of chest pain with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 120 patients were included and divided into the needle-embedding group of and control group of 60 cases.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,and the treatment group selected Neiguan(PC6),Shanzhong(RN17)and Shenmen point were given needle-embedding treatment on the basis of the control group.Two groups of patients were given 2 cycles of treatment(a treatment period of 7 days),and the clinical effect and improvement of various symptoms of two groups of patients were recorded.Results The total effective rate was 91.67%(55/60)in the treatment group and 73.33%(44/60)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis type chest bi and heart pain,such as chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle-embedding therapy can significantly improve the chest pain of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and has satisfactory curative effect and simple operation.
