小儿咳喘方联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟小儿咳喘方联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法行便利抽样法选取2019年12月—2021年6月来江西省万安县妇幼保健院就诊的咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿80例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组行常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加以自拟小儿咳喘方治疗,比较分析2组患儿的疗效及血常规指标[白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NEUT)]变化情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),比对照组的80.00%(32/40)更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组WBC、NEUT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组WBC、NEUT水平均有下降,且试验组比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘开展自拟小儿咳喘方联合西药治疗效果确切,能够有效抑制机体的炎症反应,促进身体康复,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Xiaoer Kechuan recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods The convenience sampling method selected 80 children with cough variant asthma who came to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wan’an County from December 2019 to December 2021 as the research objects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the experimental group was treated with self-made Xiaoer Kechuan recipe on the basis of the control group.The curative effect and blood routine index[white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil(NEUT)]changes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Happening.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%(39/40)higher than that of the control group(80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in WBC and NEUT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,WBC and NEUT levels were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Kechuan recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children has a definite therapeutic effect,which can effectively inhibit the body’s inflammatory response and promote physical recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
