摘　　要：目的探究不同炒制程度陈皮炭对腹泻大鼠的治疗作用及对血清5-HT的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、蒙脱石组(阳性对照组)、陈皮炭轻炭组、陈皮炭标准炭组、陈皮炭重炭组,除空白组外各组蓖麻油灌胃造腹泻模型,造模1 h后各治疗组分别相应药物灌胃后观察大鼠的腹泻情况,计算腹泻指数,取结肠组织HE染色观察病理损伤情况,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清中5-HT水平。结果与模型组相比,陈皮炭标准炭组和蒙脱石组腹泻指数显著降低(P<0.05);各治疗组结肠组织HE染色可见结肠炎症反应均有不同程度好转;陈皮炭标准炭组和蒙脱石组血清5-HT含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论陈皮炭对腹泻大鼠具有较好的止泻作用,其止泻的作用机制可能与降低腹泻大鼠血清5-HT的含量,从而减弱肠道蠕动有关。同时,陈皮炭炒制不及或太过会降低止泻效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tangerine peel charcoal under different stir-frying degrees and its influence on serum 5-HT.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive control group,tangerine peel charcoal light degree group,heavy degree group and standard degree group.Expect for the blank group,the diarrhea model was established by castor oil.After 1 hour of modeling,the rats in each group were given corresponding drugs.The diarrhea index of rats in each group was observed,and the pathological damage to the colon was evaluated by HE staining.The levels of serum 5-HT were determined by ELISA.Results Compared with the model group,the diarrhea index was significantly decreased in the tangerine peel charcoal standard group and the positive control group(P<0.05).HE staining showed that the colonic inflammatory reaction of each treatment group was improved in varying degrees.The serum 5-HT content was significantly decreased in the positive control group and the tangerine peel charcoal standard group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tangerine peel charcoal has a certain therapeutic effect on diarrhea rats,one of its mechanisms may be related to the reduction of serum 5-HT content in diarrhea rats,and fried tangerine peel charcoal less or too much will reduce the effect of anti-diarrhea.
