摘 要:目的提高尿石通消糖浆的质量标准。方法对制剂中的石韦药材进行薄层色谱定性鉴别;同时增加黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法测定。结果在石韦的薄层色谱鉴别中,斑点清晰且阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷在3.892~194.6μg/mL范围线性关系良好(r2=0.9995),加样平均回收率为93.6%,RSD为0.63%(n=6)。结论新建立的质量控制方法专属性强、重复性好,可提高尿石通消糖浆的质量控制标准。Objective To improve the quality standard for Niaoshi Tongxiao syrup.Methods TLC was adopted in the qualitative identification of Pyrrosiae Folium.Baicalin in Niaoshi Tongxiao syrup by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was determined.Results In the qualitative identification of Pyrrosiae Folium,the clear TLC spots were observed without negative interference.The Baicalin showed good linear relationship at the ranges of 3.892μg/ml~194.6μg/ml(r2=0.9995).The average recovery was 93.6%(RSD=0.63%n=6).Conclusion The established methods are exclusive and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Niaoshi Tongxiao syrup.
