摘 要:尿路感染是急诊常见的困扰女性身心健康的疾病之一,且存在尿液细菌培养所需时间较长、急诊经验性抗感染治疗效果不理想等问题。尤其是在患有复发性尿路感染的女性患者中,易出现不规范使用抗生素的情况,反而增加致病菌对抗生素耐药的发生率。抗生素治疗在未来将面临重大挑战,促使临床医师不断更新诊疗手段。新的检测技术使得尿道微生物群与尿路感染之间的潜在关联逐渐显露。监测女性尿道菌群的变化可能有助于探索更新的尿路感染的预防治疗。文章着重总结了近年来与女性尿路感染诊治相关的尿道微生物学研究成果,旨在为急诊医师提供女性尿路感染诊治方面的新思路。Urinary tract infection(UTI)is one of the most common diseases in emergency department,which affects women’s physical and mental health.And there are also some problems,such as the long time period of standard urine culture and the unsatisfactory effect of empirical antibiotic treatment.Women with recurrent urinary tract infection are peculiarly prone to indiscriminate use of antibiotics,which conversely increases the incidence of antibiotic resistance.In the future physicians will inevitably face grave problems of antibiotic therapy,and potential clinical treatment must be continuously explored.New detection technology has gradually revealed the potential relationship between urinary tract microbiota and UTI.The detection of variable female urethral flora may be helpful to explore new prevention and treatment of urinary tract infection.About this article,we mainly reviewed the researches of urinary tract microbiota related to female urinary tract infection in recent years,in order to provide emergency physicians with new ideas in diagnosis and treatment of female urinary tract infection.
