城市更新视域下旧工业建筑改造设计研究——以长春市为例

摘　　要：工业的发展基本都有浓厚的时代烙印,随着科技的进步、城镇化的发展、城市和区域结构调整等的演进,旧工业建筑成为城市发展的重要见证者,也成为城市个性特色与城市价值的彰显者。既要认识到旧工业建筑的历史文化价值,也要发挥它的物质资源。文章从城市更新视域下旧工业建筑改造设计入手,通过对旧工业建筑改造的现状与改造过程中存在的问题进行分析,探讨旧工业建筑改造设计的策略,以期为城市更新过程中的旧工业建筑改造设计提供一定思路。The development of industry basically has a strong imprint of The Times.With the progress of science and technology, the development of urbanization.With the evolution of urban and regional structural adjustment, old industrial buildings have become an important witness of urban development, as well as a demonstrator of urban personality and value. We should not only recognize the historical and cultural value of the old industrial buildings, but also give play to its material resources.This paper starts with the reconstruction design of old industrial buildings from the perspective of urban renewal, analyzes the current situation of the reconstruction of old industrial buildings and the problems existing in the process of reconstruction,and discusses the strategy of the reconstruction design of old industrial buildings, in order to provide certain ideas for the reconstruction design of old industrial buildings in the process of urban renewal.
