摘  要:在网络时代,健身类App越来越多,其作为一种公共体育服务平台,不仅向用户传递着体育知识,还影响着许多用户的锻炼行为。大学生在应用健身类App后,运动项目的选择变得多元化,单次锻炼时间、锻炼频率和强度较之前变得更高。因此,健身类App既能够满足大学生的健身需求,又能够在某种意义上改变他们的锻炼习惯,甚至能够影响更多的大学生参与体育锻炼,促进他们的锻炼行为。In the Internet era, there are more and more fitness apps. As a public sports service platform, fitness apps not only transmit sports knowledge to users, but also influence many users’ exercise behaviors. After applying the fitness app, college students have diversified choices of sports items, and the time, frequency and intensity of single exercise have become higher than before. Therefore, fitness apps can not only meet the fitness needs of college students, but also change their exercise habits in a sense, and can affect more college students to participate in physical exercise and promote their exercise behavior.
