摘  要:为了解抗病毒药物在水中的光解动力学以及不同环境条件对其的影响,以阿巴卡韦(ABV)、恩曲他滨(ETB)和齐多夫定(ZDV)为研究对象,进行了模拟日光实验.结果表明:(1)恩曲他滨和齐多夫定均主要进行直接光解,阿巴卡韦则主要进行间接光解;(2)恩曲他滨和齐多夫定在淡水中的降解速率比在纯水中的降解速率低,但比在海水中的降解速率高,而阿巴卡韦则完全相反;(3)NO_(3)^(-)能明显促进这3种药物的光解反应,NO2-对恩曲他滨和齐多夫定的光解反应没有明显影响,却能显著抑制阿巴卡韦的反应速率;(4)CO_(3)^(-)和HCO_(3)^(-)对这3种药物的光解反应均有不同程度的抑制作用;(5)溶解性有机质(DOM)能够促进阿巴卡韦的光解,但会抑制恩曲他滨和齐多夫定的光解;(6)NH_(4)^(+)和SO_(4)^(2-)对恩曲他滨和齐多夫定的光解反应没有明显的影响,却能显著提高阿巴卡韦的反应速率;(7)卤素离子能不同程度地抑制恩曲他滨和齐多夫定的光解进程,却能促进阿巴卡韦的光解进程;(8)阿巴卡韦除了发生直接光解和间接光解外,还会发生自敏化光解.In order to learn the photolysis kinetics of antiviral drugs in water and the effects of different environmental conditions,a simulated sunlight experiment was carried out with abacavir(ABV),entratabine(ETB)and zidovudine(ZDV)as research objects.The results showed that(1)The photolysis of ETB and ZDV were mainly dominated by direct photolysis,while the photolysis of ABV was mainly by indirect photolysis;(2)The degradation rates of ETB and ZDV in fresh water were lower than that in pure water,but higher than that in seawater,while ABV had a completely opposite trend;(3)NO_(3)^(-)could significantly promote the photolysis of the three antiviral drugs.NO2-had no obvious effects on the photolysis of ETB and ZDV,but could significantly decrease the reaction rate of ABV;(4)CO_(3)^(-)and HCO_(3)^(-)inhibited the photolysis of the three drugs to different degrees;(5)Dissolved organic matter(DOM)could promote the photolysis of ABV,but could inhibit the photolysis of ETB and ZDV;(6)NH_(4)^(+)and SO_(4)^(2-)had no obvious effects on the photolysis of ETB and ZDV,but could significantly enhance the photolysis of ABV;(7)Halogen ions could inhibit the photolysis of ETB and ZDV to some extent,but could promote the photolysis of ABV;(8)ABV could undergo self-sensitized photolysis in addition to direct photolysis and indirect photolysis.
