摘  要:2015—2019年夏季对天津近岸海域10个点位开展大型底栖动物的采样调查,分析其群落特征,并探究环境对群落特征的影响.结果显示:本次调查共采集鉴定了大型底栖动物100种;调查海域大型底栖动物的平均密度变化范围为23.3~330.0个/m^(2),平均生物量变化范围为30.2~313.0 g/m^(2);优势种主要为棘刺锚参(Protankyra bidentata)、凸壳肌蛤(Musculista senhousei)、光滑河篮蛤(Potamocorbula laevis)、毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)、耳口露齿螺(Ringicula doliaris)、红带织纹螺(Nassarius succinctus).2015—2019年夏季调查海域大型底栖动物的ShannonWiener指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数整体均呈上升趋势且变化趋势基本一致,意味着该海域水体污染状况逐年改善.用典型对应分析法研究环境因子对大型底栖动物群落特征的影响,结果表明,水深、叶绿素a含量和pH值是影响该海域大型底栖动物群落变化的主要环境因子.The macrozoobenthos community was investigated at 10 stations in Tianjin coastal sea area in Summer from 2015 to2019.The characteristics of the community was analyzed,and the influence of environment on the community was explored.A total of 100 macrozoobenthos species were collected in Tianjin coastal sea area.The average abundance of macrozoobenthos ranged from 23.3 ind/m^(2)to 330.0 ind/m^(2),and the average biomass ranged from 30.2 g/m^(2)to 313.0 g/m^(2).The dominant species included Protankyra bidentata,Musculista senhousei,Potamocorbula laevis,Scapharca subcrenata,Ringicula doliaris and Nassarius succinctus.Shannon-Wiener index,Pielou index and Margalef index of macrozoobenthos increased generally and had same changing trend in summer from 2015 to 2019,which demonstrated that the water pollution in the sea area has been improved year by year.Canonical correspondence analysis was adopted to study the influence of environmental factors on macrozoobenthos community.The results showed that water depth,Chl-a content and pH value were the main environmental factors that affected the change of macrozoobenthos community in Tianjin coastal sea area.
