摘 要:为了解杭州市城市街道绿量的空间分异程度,揭示其中心城区不同经济水平居民视觉感知的绿量差异,基于居住小区AOI地理位置、房价信息、城市路网和街景数据等多源数据,以小区户数和房价作为城市居民身份画像,利用图像识别技术与Arc GIS空间操作,计算并分析不同经济水平城市居民住所周围的街道绿量.结果显示:(1)杭州市中心城区街道绿量的空间分布具有很强的不均衡性;(2)以户数计算,街道绿量分配具有人口学社会分异性,周围街道品质前10%的小区住户占有42%的街道绿量;(3)以房价计算,街道绿量分配具有经济学社会分异性,街道绿量与房价呈正相关,随着小区房价的提高,其周围的街道绿量也升高.In order to learn the spatial differentiation of the urban street green quantity and reveal the difference of full visible green index among residents with different economic levels in Hangzhou central district,multi-source data such as AOI geographical location,house price information,urban road network and street view data were used for analysis.The number of residential households in the community and housing price were taken as the identity portraits of urban residents,and image recognition technology and Arc GIS spatial operation were used to calculate and analyze the full visible green index around the residential area with different economic levels.The results demonstrated that:(1)The spatial distribution of the full visible green index in Hangzhou central distract was highly unbalanced;(2)Based on the number of households,the distribution of the full visible green index had demographic and social differentiation,and the top 10%of the households with the best street quality occupy 42%of the full visible green index;(3)Based on the housing prices,the distribution of the full visible green index had economic and social differentiation.There was a positive correlation between the full visible green index and housing price.With the increase of housing price,the full visible green index around the community also increased.
