摘　　要：在北京2022冬奥会和冬残奥会高山滑雪比赛中,中国滑雪医师首次走上国际舞台,与来自不同国家的国际滑雪医师共同圆满完成医疗保障任务;其中,麻醉科医师占有重要比例,发挥着重要作用。文章通过北京冬奥会和冬残奥会高山滑雪比赛的医疗保障介绍麻醉科医师在滑雪比赛现场救援过程中的作用和优势,为麻醉科医师未来拓展新的工作领域和方向进行了有益的开创性探索和尝试。During the Alpine skiing competition of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games,Chinese ski doctors took to the international stage for the first time and successfully completed medical service tasks together with international ski doctors from different countries.It should be noted that anesthesiologists occupied a high proportion and played an essential role.Through the medical service at Alpine skiing competition of Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games,the role and advantages of anesthesiologists at on‑site rescues during skiing competitions were summarized.
