摘　　要：疼痛是人类大脑对机体一定部位组织损伤或可能导致组织损伤的刺激作用产生的一种不愉快的主观感觉和情感体验。激活蛋白-1(activator protein-1,AP-1)复合体是一种二聚体转录因子,在各种类型的疼痛中通过不同信号通路的调节发挥重要作用,从而参与伤害性疼痛信号的传递。文章分析总结AP-1组成及在疼痛模型中作用与靶向治疗的文献资料,重点描述了AP-1的结构、功能、不同类型疼痛中的调节机制以及靶向AP-1的相关药物开发,深入探讨AP-1在疼痛发生、发展中的作用,为进一步疼痛研究以及临床疼痛治疗提供新思路。Pain is an unpleasant subjective feeling and emotional experience caused by the stimulation of the human brain to tissue damage in certain parts of the body or possibly causing tissue damage.Activator protein‑1(AP‑1)complex is a dimeric transcription factor.It plays an vital role in multiple types of pain by regulating various signal pathways which participate in the transmission of nociceptive pain signals.The literatures of AP‑1 composition,including the AP's role in pain model and targeted therapy have been summarized.This review covers the structure and function of AP‑1,the regulation mechanism of multiple types of pain and the development of related drugs targeting AP‑1 and explores the role of AP‑1 in the occurrence and development of pain,which provides a new idea for pain research and treatment.
