摘 要:提出利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)定量测定ZM-6合金中主量及杂质元素含量的方法.通过与传统国标方法比对、第三方实验室验证及生产现场使用验证,证明提出的方法操作简便、准确可靠、试验周期短、分析效率高,为ZM-6合金的质量控制提供了技术保障依据.其中Al元素的分析方法优于国标方法,由于充分考虑了高含量Nd元素的干扰,加入与待测试样相同量的Nd消除干扰,提高了Al元素分析的准确度,降低了Al元素的检测下限;Si元素的检测方法由湿化学法改为ICP-AES法,简化了操作步骤,提高了分析速度.Method and results of simultaneous quantitative determination of major and impure elements in ZM-6 alloy were described by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Compared with the GB method,third-party laboratory verification and two years of production site application verification,this method was simple,accurate and reliable,the test cycle short,and the analysis efficiency high.It provided technical support for the quality control of this material.The analysis method of Al element was better than that of GB,because the interference of high content Nd element was fully considered in the method,and the treatment measures of eliminating interference by adding the same amount of Nd as the sample to be tested were adopted,which improved the accuracy of the analysis of Al element and reduced the detection limit of Al element.The detection method of Si element was changed from the wet chemistry method into the ICP-AES method,thus simplifying the process and speeding up the analysis.
