摘  要:基于仿真软件Orca Flex,对科考船全海深(最大水深11000 m)地质绞车在水深4500 m和6000 m工况下的收放缆过程及动力行为进行分析,研究不同波浪角、材料、下放速度和海况对绞车缆绳最大张力和最大偏移量的影响。研究发现:在整个收放缆过程中,波浪角越接近90°,缆绳张力的浮动越杂乱,持续时间越久;缆绳的轴向刚度对其最大偏移量的影响可忽略不计,但高模量合成纤维缆在触底时,其张力变化较为明显,张力波动回复平稳周期短;随着下放速度的增大,缆绳的最大张力持续增大,最小张力减少,取样器最大偏移量整体上呈减少的趋势;随着水深的增加,缆绳的最大张力呈递减趋势,且变化趋势逐渐变缓,最后趋于平稳,最大偏移量呈递增趋势,且其变化趋势与张力一致;5级海况对缆绳的最大张力的影响不明显。To ensure the normal operation of the full ocean depth geological winch of the scientific research vessels under various water depth conditions,the sampling process of the maximum water depths of 4500 m and 6000 m are simulated and analyzed by OrcaFlex.The effects of different wave angles,materials,lowering speeds,sea conditions and depths on the maximum tension and offset of winch rope are studied.Several significant conclusions are drawn as:in the whole process of rope retraction and release,the closer the wave angle is to 90°,the more disordered the fluctuation of rope tension is,and the longer the duration is.The influence of the axial stiffness of the cable on its maximum offset can be ignored,but when the high modulus synthetic fiber cable touches the bottom,its tension changes obviously,and the period of the tension fluctuation recovery is short.With the increase of lowering speed,the maximum tension value of the rope increases continuously,the minimum tension value of the rope decreases,and the maximum offset of the sampler decreases.The maximum tension value of the rope decreases gradually,and the maximum offset of the sampler decreases with the increase of sea depth.The rope tension gradually decreases firstly and then gently,which is similar to the rope offset.It should be noted that the maximum offset affected by the sea condition below level 5is not significant.
