摘  要:国际海事组织环境保护委员会76次会议(MEPC76)于2021年6月将2013年通过的《恶劣海况下船舶保持操纵性的最小推进功率临时导则》进行了修订。以32万载重吨级原油船(VLCC)、16万载重吨级原油船(SUEZ)、11万载重吨级原油船(AFRAMAX)、7万载重吨级成品油船(LR1)、5万载重吨级成品油船(MR)五型系列标准油船为例,对比分析了新老计算导则的变化。结果表明:采用2021最新导则进行最小推进功率评估时,波浪增阻采用经验公式计算时主机功率裕度最大,短峰波方法次之,长峰波方法裕度最小且存在不满足要求的风险。在后续的船舶设计中,建议采用经验公式方法计算波浪增阻。The guidelines for "determining minimum propulsion power to maintain the manoeuvrability of ships in adverse conditions" adopted is revised in 76th meeting of the environmental protection committee of the international maritime organization(MEPC76) in June 2021. Taking the series of crude/product oil tankers such as 320 000 DWT class crude oil tanker(VLCC), 160 000 DWT class crude oil tanker(SUEZ), 110 000 DWT class crude oil tanker(AFRAMAX), 70 000 DWT class product oil tanker(LR1) and 50 000 DWT class product oil tanker(MR) as the examples, the change of the new and old guidelines is compared. The results show that when using the latest 2021 guidelines to assess the minimum propulsion power, it is the easiest to meet the biggest margin of host power through expression method, the second easiest through short-crested irregular head waves spectral method and the hardest through long-crested irregular head waves spectral method. Expression method is suggested for calculating the added wave resistance for the follow-up ship design.
