摘 要:优化焊接顺序、控制薄板变形是邮轮建造精度管理中的重要组成部分。通过有限元软件ABAQUS,以典型薄板板架结构为研究对象,采用基于分段移动热源模型的热弹塑性有限元法进行焊接顺序优化及变形控制研究。结果表明:无外部约束条件下,板架易发生局部波浪变形,且失稳模态与焊接顺序相关;对于同向多筋板结构,单条加筋板单向焊接有利于收缩变形精度控制,单条加筋板双向焊接有利于垂向变形精度控制;对于板架结构,纵骨先装、横梁双向同时焊接(方案H)满足流水线生产且有利于纵向和垂向变形精度控制。施加工装夹具可抑制板架失稳变形和扭曲变形,减小整体垂向变形20%~30%,但布置复杂的夹具较布置简单的夹具对垂向变形无有效增益。Optimizing welding sequence and controlling thin plate deformation are important parts of cruise ship construction precision management.Through the finite element software ABAQUS,taking the typical marine steel stiffened grillage as the research object,the thermal-elastic-plastic finite element method based on the line-gauss heat source model is used to optimize the welding sequence and control the deformation.The results show that without external constraints,the thin grillage is prone to local wave deformation,and the instability mode is related to the welding sequence;for the co-directional multi-stiffened plate structure,Single stiffened plate in one-way welding is conducive to shrinkage deformation accuracy control,Single stiffened plate in two-way welding is conducive to vertical deformation accuracy control.For the grillage structure,longitudinal first with beams are welded simultaneously in both directions(scheme H)meets the assembly line production mode and is conducive to longitudinal and vertical deformation accuracy control.The processing fixture can inhibit the instability deformation and distortion deformation of the grillage,and reduce the overall vertical deformation by 20%~30%.However,the clamp with a complex layout has a limited gain in vertical deformation compared with the fixture with a simple arrangement.
