摘 要:对云南滇池地区某碳酸盐型胶磷矿(w(P2O5)22.25%,w(MgO)5.28%)进行工艺矿物学研究,采用一粗两扫一精、中矿再选单一反浮选工艺流程脱镁提磷。结果表明,在最佳药剂制度下可得到w(P2O5)28.21%、w(MgO)0.74%、P2O5回收率93.01%的磷精矿指标,尾矿w(P2O5)为5.95%,实现高效选别。该流程适应性强,易于调控,采用开路流程即可获得良好的浮选指标。The process mineralogy of a carbonate collophanite with w(P2O5) 22.25% and w(MgO) 5.28% in Dianchi area of Yunnan province is studied. The single reverse flotation process of one roughing, two scavenging and one cleaning, middling reconcentration is adopted. The concentrate with w(P2O5) 28.21%, w(MgO) 0.74%,P2O5recovery rate of 93.01% is obtained, P2O5grade of tailings is 5.95%, the efficient separation is realized. The process has strong adaptability and is easy to be regulated, good indexes can be obtained by open circuit process.
