摘 要:溶剂萃取法生产湿法净化磷酸过程副产的萃余酸因含有大量杂质而难以回收利用,萃余酸的有效合理利用已成为急需解决的难题。综述萃余酸制备肥料的方法,指出存在的问题。基于萃余酸利用现有工艺的不足提出建议。It is difficult to recycle the by-product raffinate acid from the process of producing purified WPA by solvent extraction method because it contains a lot of impurities. The effective and reasonable utilization of raffinate acid has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently. The methods of using raffinate acid in fertilizer preparation are reviewed, and the problems are pointed out. Based on the deficiency of the existing process for the utilization of raffinate acid, the suggestions are put forward.
