摘　　要：介绍瓮福紫金化工股份有限公司磷酸二铵装置尾气治理技术改造。通过增加尾气冷凝再热消白系统,粉体流冷却器代替流化床冷却系统,收尘系统尾气处理增加布袋除尘器,实现尾气粉尘质量浓度从100 mg/m3降低至20 mg/m3以内,减少尾气排放9.5万m3/h,吨产品能耗降低10 kW·h,有效解决了烟囱白色烟羽拖尾现象。The modification of tail gas treatment technology of diammonium phosphate plant in Wengfu Zijin Chemical Co., Ltd. is introduced. By adding tail gas condensation reheat elimination system, replacing fluidized bed cooler with powder flow cooler,adding bag type dust collector for dust collection system of tail gas treatment, the dust mass concentration of tail gas is reduced from 100 mg/m~3to less than 20 mg/m~3, the tail gas emission is reduced by 95 000 m~3/h, and the energy consumption per unit product is reduced by 10 kW·h, the phenomenon of white flue plume tailing is solved effectively.
