摘 要:福建某钼矿石中有价金属钼含量仅为0.09%,大部分钼赋存于辉钼矿中,少量钼以氧化钼矿物的形式存在,脉石矿物主要为易泥化的硅酸盐矿物,钼矿物浮选活性低,为典型的高泥低品位难选钼矿。使用一种钼矿物新型表面促进剂MCS,有效提升了钼矿物的表面活性,从而提高了钼浮选回收率。通过条件试验确定了适宜的磨矿细度、MCS用量、水玻璃用量以及捕收剂CM用量。结果表明,采用浮选机工艺经一次粗选、三次扫选和七次精选,最终可获得Mo品位45.75%和Mo回收率82.18%的钼精矿,但浮选机工艺流程冗长,生产运行成本高;采用浮选柱-浮选机联合工艺流程,仅四次精选作业即可得到合格的钼精矿产品,Mo品位为46.01%,Mo回收率为87.81%,推荐为该钼矿石回收钼的原则工艺流程。The molybdenum content in some molybdenum ore in Fujian is only 0.09%,and most molybdenum exists in molybdenites while a small amount of molybdenum exists in the form of molybdenum oxide ore.The gangue minerals mainly consist of easy-sliming silicate minerals and the flotation activity of the molybdenum ore is low,showing that it is the typical refractory molybdenum ore with high mud content and low grade.A novel surface promoter MCS was introduced to effectively enhance the surface activity of the molybdenum ore,thereby improving the molybdenum flotation recovery.The appropriate grinding fineness,MCS dosage,water glass dosage and collector CM dosage for the flotation were determined through condition experiments.The results show that by using the flotation machine,molybdenum concentrates with a Mo grade of 45.75%and Mo recovery of 82.18%can be obtained after one roughing,three scavenging and seven cleaning,but this process is lengthy and the production and operation costs are high.Through the combined flotation column-flotation machine process,the qualified molybdenum concentrates are gained with a Mo grade of 46.01%and Mo recovery of 87.81%after four cleaning.Therefore,it is re-commended as the principle process for the recovery of molybdenum from the molybdenum ore.
