摘  要:提出了鉴别减肥食品中西布曲明、氢氯噻嗪、氟西汀、酚酞、呋塞米、N-苯甲酰基西布曲明等6种违禁药品的表面增强拉曼光谱法(SERS)。制备粒径为50 nm的纳米金作为表面增强试剂,以30.00%(质量分数)氯化钠溶液为助剂,在优化的正交试验条件下采用SERS鉴别减肥食品中6种违禁药品。结果表明,酚酞、西布曲明、呋塞米、氟西汀、氢氯噻嗪和N-苯甲酰基西布曲明的检出限分别为1.00,20.0,20.0,35.0,50.0,50.0 mg·L^(-1)。对西布曲明、氟西汀、酚酞进行重复性试验,特征峰信号强度的相对标准偏差(n=8)为2.8%~8.6%。采用该方法对20份实际减肥食品样品进行快速筛查,所得结果与实验室内液相色谱-质谱联用法的检测结果一致。A method for the identification of 6 prohibiting illegally added drugs in diet food,including sibutramine,hydrochlorothiazide,fluoxetine,phenolphthalein,furosemide,and N-benzoylsibutramine,was proposed by surface enhanced Raman spectrometry(SERS).Nanogold with the particle size of 50 nm was prepared as the surface strengthening agent,30.00%(mass fraction)sodium chloride solution was used as the auxiliary agent,and SERS was used to identify 6 prohibiting illegally added drugs in diet food under the optimized orthogonal test conditions.As shown by the results,the detection limits of phenolphthalein,sibutramine,furosemide,fluoxetine,hydrochlorothiazide and N-benzoylsibutramine were 1.00,20.0,20.0,35.0,50.0,50.0 mg·L^(-1),respectively.Repeatability test for sibutramine,fluoxetine and phenolphthalein was carried out,with RSDs(n=8)of the characteristic peak signal intensity in the range of 2.8%-8.6%.This method was applied to rapidly screening 20 actual diet food samples,and the results were consistent with those of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the laboratory.
