摘  要:高铍铍铝合金(铍质量分数为60%~65%)中的碳含量直接影响合金的力学性能,因此进行了题示研究。将高铍铍铝合金样品0.10~0.20 g置于预先盛有0.3 g纯铁助熔剂的陶瓷坩埚中,覆盖上2.0 g钨锡助熔剂,采用高频感应燃烧-红外吸收光谱法测定其中碳的含量。结果表明,方法的检出限(3s)为0.00069%。对不同碳含量的高铍铍铝合金样品分别测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~6.0%。The content of carbon in high beryllium beryllium-alminium alloy(wBe,60%-65%)directly influenced on the mechanical properties of alloy,so the research as shown in the title was studied.0.10-0.20 g of the high beryllium beryllium-alminium alloy sample was placed into a ceramic crucible prefilled with 0.3 g of iron flux,and then covered with 2.0 g tungsten-tin flux.Carbon in the sample was determined by high frequency induction combustion-infrared absorption spectrometry.It was shown that detection limit(3s)of this method was 0.00069%.The high beryllium beryllium-alminium alloy samples with different contents of carbon were determined 11 times,with RSDs of the determined values in the range of 2.4%-6.0%.
