低流量三级公路长大下坡路段安全保障系统研究——以S215公路工程为例

摘　　要：随着我国公路的大力建设与发展,公路交通成为带动我国经济和社会发展的关键要素,公路交通事故的发生率也随之逐渐上升。文章基于低流量交通状况下的三级公路和长大下坡路段的交通特征,简要分析三级公路长大下坡常发交通事故的总体特征和各影响因素下的交通事故发生机理,并从视觉引导、视觉警告、制动减速和应急避险四种视角入手,确定了三级高速公路连续下坡路段在低流速场景下的路面交通运输安全保障体系设计思路,并希望通过构建系统、科学合理的道路交通安全防护体系,进一步提升三级高速公路长大下坡路段的交通运输安全性,以期为类似工程提供参考借鉴。With the vigorous construction and development of highways in China,highway transportation has become a key factor driving China’s economic and social development,and the number of highway traffic accidents has also gradually increased.Based on the traffic characteristics of third-class highways and long-steep downgrade sections under low-traffic conditions,this paper briefly analyzes the overall characteristics of frequent traffic accidents on third-class highways with long-steep downgrade sections and the mechanism of traffic accidents under various influencing factors.Based on this,from the four perspectives of sight guidance,visual warning,braking and deceleration and emergency avoidance,the design idea of the safety guarantee system for the continuous long-steep downgrade section,of the third-class highway under low traffic is proposed.It is hoped that by building a systematic,scientific and reasonable road traffic safety guarantee system,the traffic safety of the long-steep downgrade sections of the third-class expressway will be further improved,and to provide reference for similar projects.
