水泥稳定冷再生混合料性能影响因素研究

摘  要:水泥稳定碎石混合料是我国最常用的路面基层形式,其性能优劣直接影响道路的使用年限。水泥稳定碎石混合料的力学性能与其成型工艺和养生温度密切相关,我国现行的水泥稳定碎石基层配合比设计试件成型方法有两种形式,即静压法(重型击实)与振动成型法,为确定最佳的成型方式和养护温度,结合内蒙古某地区开展的水泥稳定碎石冷再生项目,对道路现场水泥稳定碎石基层的铣刨料进行筛分分析,掺配70%的新集料,并添加5%的水泥再生剂,配置成再生水泥稳定碎石混合料,对不同成型方式、不同养护温度水泥稳定再生混合料路用性能进行了分析。结果表明:振动成型法水泥稳定冷再生混合料最大干密度较大,最佳含水率较低,在0℃、5℃、10℃、20℃、30℃的养生条件下,振动成型的试件无侧限抗压强度均比静压成型的试件高,高约10%~20%;对于标准养护条件即20℃条件养护时,振动成型的试件劈裂强度比静压成型的提高60%左右;养护温度为0℃~10℃时,劈裂强度提高10%~20%;抗冻性能约提高9%;振动成型的干缩系数比静压成型的试件高约12%。在20℃时,试件的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度值最高,超过20℃后,其强度会有所下降,即最佳养护温度应为20℃。Cement stabilized macadam mixture is the most commonly used form of pavement base in China,and its performance directly affects the road life.The mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam mixture are closely related to its molding process and curing temperature.There are two types of forming methods for cement stabilized macadam base mix design test pieces in China,namely static pressure method(heavy compaction)and vibration forming method.In order to determine the best forming method and curing temperature,combined with the cement stabilized macadam cold recycling project carried out in a region of Inner Mongolia,the milling materials for cement stabilized macadam base course on the road site were screened and analyzed.70%of the new aggregate was mixed and 5%of the cement recycling agent was added to prepare the recycled cement stabilized macadam mixture.The road performance of cement stabilized recycled mixture with different forming methods and curing temperatures is analyzed.The results show that the maximum dry density of cement stabilized cold recycled mixture with vibration forming method is large,and the optimal moisture content is low.Under the curing conditions of 0℃,5℃,10℃,20℃and 30℃,the unconfined compressive strength of the test piece formed by vibration is about 10%~20%higher than that of the test piece formed by static pressure.For the standard curing condition,i.e.curing at 20℃,the splitting strength formed by vibration is about 60%higher than that formed by static pressure.When the curing temperature is 0℃~10℃,the splitting strength increases by 10%~20%,and the frost resistance increases by9%.The drying shrinkage coefficient of vibration forming is about 12%higher than that of static pressure method.When the temperature is 20℃,the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of the test piece are the highest.When the temperature exceeds 20℃,the strength will decrease,that is,the best curing temperature should be 20℃.
