摘  要:以无纬布/碳纤维网胎为原料,采用针刺+接力缝合的工艺流程制备预制增强体,并经化学气相渗透(CVI)联合沥青浸渍/高压碳化(HPIC)方法得到新型厚壁C/C复合材料。对该材料进行了力学和热物理性能测试,并观测其微观断口形貌。结果表明:此预制体制备方法能够突破传统缝合材料在厚度方向上的尺寸限制,工艺过程简便,不易变形且利于致密。所得C/C材料厚度方向的纤维密度较高,具有优异的机械和良好的热物理性能,能够满足固体火箭发动机等极端环境下的应用需求。Prefabricated reinforcements were prepared using a non-weft cloth/carbon fiber mesh tire using the process of needle punching and relay stitching,and a new thick-walled C/C composite material was obtained by chemical meteorological infiltration combined with asphalt impregnation/high-pressure carbonization.The mechanical and thermophysical properties of the material were tested,and the microscopic fracture morphology was observed.The results show that the preparation method of the perform can break through the size limitation of traditional tufting materials in the thickness direction,the process is simple,not easy to deform and is conductive to compaction.The resulting C/C material has a high fiber density in the thickness direction,has excellent mechanical and good thermal physical properties,and can meet the application requirements of extreme environments such as solid rocket motors.
