摘　　要：针对炭素行业发展过程中涉及的三大工序烟气治理发展历程,重点剖析煅烧、成型和焙烧工序所涉及的不同的发展时期的排放和环保处理历程。其中煅烧工序经过治理设施不断完善,形成成熟的煅烧烟气经SNCR脱硝+脱硫+湿电治理设施处理后排放。成型工序实现封闭式物料运输+自动化配料+脉冲式收尘+电捕焦油器等方式的作业。并增加沥青烟治理设施(黑法吸附沥青烟气净化设施),完全达到排放标准:沥青烟<20mg/m^(3)。焙烧工序通过技术的升级和电捕焦油器及碱液喷淋和湿式电除尘等综合调整,优化治理设施布局,目前完全满足排放标准DB37/2376-2019(第四时段):SO_(2)<50mg/m^(3),NOX <100mg/m^(3),颗粒物<10mg/m^(3),各家炭素企业,基础设施及管理处于国内炭素企业前沿水平。This paper aiming at the development process of flue gas treatment in three processes involved in the development of carbon industry.In focuses on the emission and environmental protection treatment process of different development periods involved in calcination, molding and calcination processes. The calcination process is continuously improved through treatment facilities.Mature calcined flue gas is formed and discharged after being treated by SNCR denitration、Desulfurization and Wet power treatment facilities. At the same time, it undertakes a series of supporting livelihood measures such as waste heat utilization and people warming project. The molding process realizes the operation of closed material transportation、automatic batching、pulse dust collection and electric tar precipitator and so on. And add asphalt smoke treatment facilities(black adsorption asphalt smoke purification facilities) to fully meet the emission standards(asphalt smoke<20mg/m^(3)). The roasting process is comprehensively adjusted through technical upgrading, electric tar precipitator, alkali liquor spraying and wet electrostatic precipitator, optimize the layout of treatment facilities. At present, it fully meets the emission standard DB37/2376-2019(the fourth period): SO_(2)<50mg/m^(3),NO_(x)<100mg/m^(3),Particles<10mg/m^(3).After several rounds of inspections by the Ministry of environmental protection of the People’s Republic of China,the provincial environmental protection department and the Municipal Bureau, the infrastructure and management of various carbon enterprises are at the forefront of domestic carbon enterprises.
