摘  要:统计众益糖业9榨季、晟通糖业4个榨季甜菜收购储藏期间制糖资料,把各生产期划取三个阶段,各阶段实际加工天数一致。基本情况是随着生产阶段进行,和相邻阶段间下菜量比较,相邻阶段间产糖量在相对减少、产蜜量在增加。有几种相邻阶段间产糖量增加的特殊情况是由于甜菜质量差异引起的。两产区气候特点不一样,晟通原料区含糖高,众益原料区含糖低,但二阶段、三阶段晟通糖业工艺损失增加。According to the statistics of sugar production data during the beet purchase and storage period in 9 processing seasons of Zhongyi Sugar Industry and 4 processing seasons of Shengtong Sugar Industry,each production period is divided into three stages,and the actual processing days in each stage are the same.The basic situation is that with the production stage going on,compared with the adjacent stages,the sugar yield in the adjacent stages is relatively reduced,while the molasses yield is increasing,There are several special situations caused by the difference of beet quality.The climate characteristics of the two production areas are different.The sugar content in Shengtong raw material area is high,while that in Zhongyi raw material area is low.However,the processing loss of Shengtong sugar industry in the second and third stages has increased significantly.
