摘　　要：经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)围手术期心肌损伤/心肌梗死时有发生,并会影响慢性冠脉综合征(chronic coronary syndromes,CCS)患者的短期及长期预后。然而,目前PCI围手术期心肌损伤/心肌梗死的诊断标准仍不统一,不同诊断标准对预后的价值仍存在争议。同时,PCI围手术期心肌损伤/心肌梗死的发生机制、治疗方案及预防手段仍未明确,值得进一步研究和探讨。本文综述不同PCI围手术期心肌损伤/心肌梗死的诊断标准以及各自的预后价值,探讨其发生机制、危险因素、治疗方案及预防手段。Periprocedural myocardial injury/periprocedural myocardial infarction during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) sometimes occurs,which affects the short-and long-term prognosis.However,the diagnostic criteria of periprocedural myocardial injury/periprocedural myocardial infarction and the prognostic value of different diagnostic criteria are still controversial.And the mechanism,treatment and prevention of periprocedural myocardial injury/periprocedural myocardial infarction are still unclear.This article reviews the different diagnostic criteria of periprocedural myocardial injury/periprocedural myocardial infarction and their prognostic value,and discusses the mechanism,risk factors,prognosis,treatment and prevention of periprocedural myocardial injury/periprocedural myocardial infarction.
