摘 要:通过搭建装配式地板辐射供暖系统试验平台,记录不同工况下的试验数据,分析影响装配式地板辐射供暖系统供暖效果的因素和供暖室内温度的变化规律;利用Airpak软件对装配式地板传热过程进行数值模拟,并分析其舒适性和经济性。结果显示:与传统系统相比,采用装配式地板辐射系统可以减少前期施工预算,便于后期系统检修,满足室内供暖的舒适性与经济性要求。By building the experimental platform of prefabricated floor radiant heating system, the experimental data under different working conditions were obtained, and the factors affecting the indoor temperature distribution and the change rule of the indoor temperature when the water supply temperature were changed were analyzed. Numerical simulation of floor heat transfer conditions is carried out by using Airpak software, and its comfort and economy are analyzed. The results show that compared with the traditional system, the prefabricated floor radiation system can reduce the construction budget in the early stage, facilitate the maintenance of the system in the later stage, and meet the comfort and economic requirements of indoor heating.
