摘 要:研究了不同O含量掺杂对NiCrAlYN纳米金属陶瓷涂层在1100℃下抗氧化性能的影响。采用多弧离子镀设备,分别在0、10 sccm、20 sccm O_(2)流量下制备得到3种不同O含量的涂层。经1100℃、300 h的高温测试后,3组样品表面均生成了α-Al_(2)O_(3)和NiAl_(2)O_(4),氧化膜厚度分别为8.78μm、7.9μm和5.7μm。O_(2)流量为0和10 sccm涂层的氧化膜产生明显分层,其中上层为NiAl_(2)O_(4),下层为α-Al(2)O_(3);而流量为20 sccm涂层的氧化膜并没有发生明显分层。O掺杂量的增加能够抑制氧化膜中大颗粒状Y-Al氧化物夹杂的形成,降低氧化膜的生长速率。此外,氧化后未掺杂氧的涂层较含氧涂层退化严重,主要归因于氧掺杂涂层中弥散分布的氧化物颗粒抑制了涂层的退化。The effect of oxygen doping content on the oxidation resistance of NiCrAlYN nano-cermet coatings at 1100℃was investigated.Three coatings with different oxygen doping were prepared by multi-arc ion plating with O_(2) flow rates at 0,10 sccm,and 20 sccm,respectively.After high-temperature at 1100℃for 300 h,α-Al_(2)O_(3) and NiAl_(2)O_(4) were formed on the surface of three coatings.The thickness of the oxide scales was 8.78μm,7.9μm,and 5.7μm,respectively.The oxide scales of the coatings deposited at 0 and 10 sccm showed significant delamination with the upper layer of NiAl_(2)O_(4) and the inner layer ofα-Al_(2)O_(3),while this was not observed on the coating deposited at 20 sccm.The increase of oxygen doping content in nano cermets could effectively inhibit the formation of large particles of Y-Al oxide contaminant in the oxide scales and thus decrease the growth rate of the oxide scales.After oxidation,the oxygen containing coatings degraded more slowly than that without oxygen doping,which is mainly attributed to the beneficial effect of dispersed oxide particles in oxygen containing coatings on inhibiting the degradation of the coatings.
