摘  要:为探究在Sm_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)中A位掺杂Yb^(3+)和Er^(3+)对其导热性能的影响,采用固相合成法制备(Sm1-x-yYbxEry)_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(x=0.05,0.1;y=0,0.1)陶瓷材料,并对其物相结构及热物理性能测试。研究发现,改性后的(Sm1-x-yYbxEry)_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)陶瓷材料为立方烧绿石结构。由于质量差和半径差的变化,声子散射增强,平均自由程减小,热导率降低,在600℃下,(Sm0.85Yb0.05Er0.1)_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)的热导率为1.3 W/(m·K),Yb^(3+)和Er^(3+)的共掺杂可有效降低陶瓷材料的热扩散系数及热导率(RT~1000℃),可作为热障涂层候选材料。In order to explore the influence of Yb^(3+)and Er^(3+)doping at A position in Sm_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7) on its thermal conductivity,(Sm_(1-x-y)YbxEry)_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(x=0.05,0.1;y=0,0.1)ceramic materials were prepared by solid-state synthesis,and their phase structure and thermal physical properties were tested.It is found that the modified(Sm1-x-yYbxEry)_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7) ceramic material has a cubic pyrochlore structure.Due to the change of mass difference and radius difference,phonon scattering increases,average free path decreases,and thermal conductivity decreases.At 600℃,the thermal conductivity of(Sm0.85Yb0.05Er0.1)_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7) is 1.3 W/(m·K).The co-doping of Yb^(3+)and Er^(3+)can effectively reduce the thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity(RT-1000℃)of ceramic materials,which can be used as candidate materials for thermal barrier coatings.
